WEARING MANY HATS

WHAT I DO

I work closely with Product to define and design features for a SaaS product used by petroleum engineers. As a product designer for enterprise software, I work with many stakeholders during my design process. I also talk to users a lot!

Some of what I do now, or have done in the past:

  • Lead stand up meetings
  • Conduct generative research; socialize findings 
  • Define or refine features with Product; identify technical and/or UX dependencies
  • Create design artifacts 
  • Conduct usability tests
  • Conduct design thinking workshops with non-designers
  • Create & maintain application IA 
  • Launch, maintain & iterate on a design system
  • Maintain & iterate on a content style guide
  • Socialize design decisions to design team and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate feasibility discussions with Engineering
